    HMCI is a very professional and knowledgeable builder in both commercial and residential structures. They built our 40 x 50 welding shop and we are absolutely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and design. Additionally, I have toured HMCI custom built homes as a realtor and am extremely impressed with the attention to detail in design and the quality of craftsmanship.     Incredibly helpful and personable! I called for a unique project and while they weren't able to help me, they caringly and quickly pointed me in the direction of the person who could. I'm so appreciative and it speaks volumes of their charcter and integrity. They could have said "sorry, we don't do that" but instead said "I'm so sorry, we don't do that, but let me help you find someone I trust who can help you." THANK YOU! See more See less

    When searching out a builder I was looking for someone that shared the same ethics as myself , believed in providing a quality product for a fair price and someone that could first and foremost see a job through fruition and Hank Madill from HMCI General Contractors checked all of those boxes. If I had to do over, I would choose HMCI Again. See more See less

    There isn't a much better test for metal buildings than a hurricane. Seemed like every one left standing after Harvey was built by HMCI. Great company, even better product. See more See less

    I really like the fully itemized bid you get with Hank. You can take that and compare it to your non-itemized bid from the other guys. Theirs will leave you with a lot of questions. Then they have to sell you the project, and you went from initiating the construction of your new home or building, to being cold-call-sold a project. Not with Hank. See more See less

    Two years ago we lost our home to a fire. Hank at HMCI looked it all over and within 2 weeks I had decided his numbers and time frame looked to good to be true. Not only did he deliver on time but the only cost overruns were due to my specific requests. Will never use another general contractor as long as they are in business. See more See less

    Hank built a 900 SF metal building shop for me earlier this year. I’m an engineer of 40 years, particular and into the details. Hank was great to work with. Not the least expensive, but fair, and does what he says. Good relations with his subcontractors, and the ones that worked on my project did well and took pride in their work. Attention to detail, and wants you to be satisfied. Living in Rockport most, if not all of his life, he has many long term relationships with craft workers and subcontractors. As in life, relationships are important-especially for a contractor in a smaller town. I would work with Hank again. A pleasant gent as well. See more See less
